CBFC Juniors Program


The CBFC Juniors Program is designed for U8, U9 and U10 players who are seeking a challanging enviroment that will allow them to excel. Fundamentals are stressed at this level with a goal of each player developing the proper techniques to dribble, pass, receive, shoot and defend. And the start of tactics will also be taught. CBFC's professional staff of coaches ensure that every player has the tools and confidence to express their passion for soccer.

Our U8, U9 and U10 teams will participate in a minimum of one game a week and train twice per week in a technical environment. The days and times will be determined by their coach and the Academy Director respectively.

CBFC Juniors' Program does not hold tryouts but does hold a free camp each year.

CBFC Fundamental Teams

U11 & U12) builds on the recreational development while continuing to emphasize the development of soccer fundamentals and the enjoyment of the game, expectation of player responsibility and concepts of personal training are introduced. Teams consist of 10 to 14 players and play in 8v8 small side format (7+goalie).

Teams will play a minimum of six games in the fall and six games in the spring. Practice will be held two times a week with the head coach or a member of the CBFC coaching staff. Winning is not stressed as much as individual player development. Player development is the primary focus.

The CBFC Competitive Years

(U13-U18) continues to build on our mission and vision, soccer fundamentals and the enjoyment of the game. Player responsibility and the development of personal training habits become our expectation. Teams in the competitive program consist of up to 18 players and play in an 11v 11 large-side format (10 + goalie).

Teams will play a minimum of six games in the fall and six games in the spring. Practice will be held two times a week with the head coach or a member of the CBFC coaching staff. Team play and winning are stressed more. However, the primary focus continues to be player development in an effort to earn an athletic scholarship when the player continues his/her education after graduating from High School. Earning college scholarships are the focus for U16-U18 Players.
